The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 628 of 2016 registered under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that from perusal of the Annexure-5 to the supplementary affidavit, it appears that petitioner and opposite party no. 2 have compromised the case and they have been residing together since 30.05.2021. Further he submits that both

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case as well as taking into consideration the compromise between the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Patna City, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 628 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
