Grievance of the petitioner in the instant writ application is to the inaction on the part of the respondents despite the order passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Vaishali, contained in Annexure-1 dated 15.01.2011.
On behalf of the respondents stand has been taken that
Patna High Court CWJC No.21517 of 2014(2) dt.04-10-2018 2/3 despite request the petitioner has not submitted the original certificates for verification.
Referring to the order of the Tribunal, Mr. Jitendra Kumar Roy, learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that original records were submitted by the petitioner and it has come in the order of the Tribunal that certificates have been submitted for verification.
Without going into the controversy whether the documents were submitted earlier or not, the writ application is disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to submit the certificates - academic and training - for verification within one month from today. In the event, the petitioner has earlier submitted the certificates for verification, he is required to submit the receipt showing submission of such certificates to the authority for verification. The District Programme Officer (Estt.), Vaishali shall inquire into the matter and get the certificates - academic and training - verified from the issuing authority within a maximum period of three months from the date of submission of such certificates along with a copy of this order and thereafter the respondent-District Programme Officer (Estt.), Vaishali shall pass appropriate order in compliance of the direction contained in Annexure-1 to the writ application.
