The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 198 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Section 7 of Essential Commodities Act. The charge against the petitioner is of black marketing the Government supply wheat as the wheat was meant for public distribution. The allegation is being denied and the matter is resting before the court below.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of allegations, let the petitioner namely, Dipu Kumar in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5173 of 2016 (2) dt.31-03-2016 2/2 satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 198 of 2015 subject to the conditions stipulated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
