2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that this petitioner, along with other F.I.R. named accused persons, kidnapped minor son of informant. The victim in his statement recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S. has alleged that this petitioner also participated in the alleged occurrence.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and statement of victim recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S., the prayer
