JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2017 The instant M.J.C. has been filed to punish the respondent nos. 1 and 2 for disobedience of order dated 30.08.2016 passed in I.A. No. 4552 of 2016 arising out of First Appeal No. 531 of 1997.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicants, the learned counsel for the respondent no.2/ opposite party no.2 as well as the respondent nos. 3 to 7.

Perused the order dated 30.08.2016. By that order both parties were directed to maintain status-quo as of today till disposal of this appeal. Nothing has been brought on the record that the applicants-petitioners were in possession and were dispossessed after that order and as such this M.J.C. appears not maintainable and accordingly this M.J.C. is hereby disposed of. Office is directed to get the appeal ready for early hearing.
