In view of the fact that the matter was taken up to the Apex Court and after decision in Kanti Kumari case, the Bihar Staff Selection Commission has invited objection for filling up the unfilled 2413 vacancies out of 34540 Assistant Teachers and proceeded ahead to prepare the select list, no further indulgence is required in the matter.

However, the Court hope and trust that the Commission will take appropriate decision with regard to finalization of the select list for appointment against 2413 unfilled posts of

Patna High Court CWJC No.22257 of 2014 dt.04-10-2018 2/2 Assistant Teachers at the earliest.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
