The petitioner is in custody in connection with Patori P.S. Case No. 475 of 2019, for the offence under Sections 272, 273 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 31.12.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 40 litres of country made liquor was seized. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail
