2. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent to accept the joining of the petitioner who has been validly appointed to the post of Anganwadi Sevika for Centre Code No. 202 and further for quashing the order passed by C.D.P.O vide memo no. 528 dated 19.10.2018.
3. Counsel for the State submits that petitioner has not
Patna High Court CWJC No.4482 of 2020(2) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 challenged the said order before the competent forum as mentioned in Anganwadi Sevika Guidelines, 2016.
4. Considering this aspect of the matter, this writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to avail the remedy as per Anganwadi Sevika Guidelines, 2016.
5. The Appellate Authority is directed to condone the delay, if any, in filing the appeal.
6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is hereby disposed off.
