JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 10-07-2026 The present writ petition has been filed against order dated 11.12.2025 passed by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st-cum-Special Judge, NDPS Act, and PO of Children Court, Begusarai in Lakho P.S. Case No. 122 of 2025 whereby and whereunder the petition of the petitioner for release of vehicle bearing Registration No. BR09AW8124 was rejected.

Apparently, the petitioner cannot assail a judicial order in writ jurisdiction as the judicial orders of the learned trial court are not amenable to writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India as has been held by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Neeta Singh and Others Vs. State

03. Faced with the situation, learned counsel seeks permission to convert the present petition into criminal revision petition within a week.
