One loaded country made pistol and one cartridge are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 22.06.2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.S.Case No. 75 of 2015.
