The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Gogri (Poura) P.S. Case No. 112 of 2015 registered under Sections 304-B and 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the serious nature of allegation made in the FIR wherein it has been alleged that the petitioner not only killed his wife but also his daughter and cremated their bodies hurriedly, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest.
