JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Two liters of liquor was allegedly recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16292 of 2017 (2) dt.04-04-2017 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura/Successor Court, in connection with Complaint Case No.C-2(7) of 2017 of Murliganj Police Station offence, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
