The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
108 liters of Beer has been recovered from the house of this petitioner.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and recovery has been made from the house, which is in joint possession of family. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that recovery has been

Considering the fact that recovery has been made from the house of petitioner, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
