The limited grievance raised in this writ petition is that although the petitioner has raised a grievance before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1000 of 2016 (2) dt.20-01-2016 State Election Commission as regarding non-compliance of section 13 of the Bihar Panchayat Raj Act, 2006 in the manner of reservation of seats but the same has remained pending. Without expressing any opinion as to the nature of grievance raised, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the State Election Commission to consider the representation of the petitioner on its own merit and be disposed of in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
