It appears from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but in the present case, having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
