That this writ application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner above named for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding to the respondent authority to vacate the Gairmajarua Aam (Public Road) which is at Khata No.1470, Khesara No.7205 and 7056 situated in Village-Kanhauli, Thana No.19, P.S.

Sonbarsa, DistrictSitamarhi, which has been encroached by the Respondents No.5 to 22 and for any other writ/ writs, direction/ directions as this Hon'ble Court thinks fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 4 i.e. Circle Officer, Sonbarsa, District-Sitamarhi, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
