Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392, 395, 412, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner was apprehended with stolen articles.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way concerned with the alleged recovery. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 25.11.2021 and investigation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11035 of 2022(2) dt.05-05-2022 2/2 in this case is complete.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that stolen articles have been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and petitioner also confessed his guilt.

Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
