The petitioner seeks bail in Raghopur P.S. Case No. 21/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. From the possession of the petitioner 500 gm of Ganja and motorcycle were recovered, for that the petitioner is in jail since 15.02.2017.

It is submitted that for recovery of small quantity of Ganja maximum punishment is for six months and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that small quantity of Ganja was recovered from the possession of the

No.14058 of 2017 (2) dt.11-04-2017 petitioner for that the petitioner has remained in jail for about two months, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 21/2017.
