The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 25(1) a/25(1-AA), 25(1-B), 25(1-B) c, 25(1-B) c/26(2)/35 of the Arms Act.

The prayer of petitioner for bail was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 02.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10144 of 2015 with a direction to the learned trial court to conclude the trial within eight months. From the possession of the petitioner huge quantity of arms and ammunitions were recovered. It is submitted that more than one year has elapsed but the trial has not yet been concluded and the petitioner is in jail for more than two years.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58527 of 2015 (2) dt.18-05-2016 2/2 petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Munger in Sessions Trial No. 712 of 2014 arising out of Jamalpur P.S.
