By way of the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 19th May, 2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 1815(C) of 2013, whereby the petitioners have been summoned to face trial after taking cognizance of the offences punishable under Sections 323 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. I have perused the complaint petition, as contained in Annexure-1 to the present application and the statement of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2537 of 2016 dt.24-06-2016 2/2 complainant recorded on oath. The allegations made therein do attract the ingredients of the offences alleged.

In that view of the matter, I find no illegality in the impugned order. Accordingly, the application, being devoid of any merit, is dismissed.
