The petitioner seeks bail in C.C. Case No. 284 of 2016 under Section 44, 50 and 51 of Wild Life Protection Act, 1972. It has been submitted that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner or from his house. The petitioner is in jail since 28.06.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Kishanganj in connection with C.C.
