Petitioner is accused in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 92 of 2016 registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case on confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 29.07.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10847 of 2017 (2) dt.28-03-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabhua in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 92 of 2016.
