JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 28-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Araria P.S. Case No. 676 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Sections-379, 384 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. His name has surfaced after five months of the occurrence on the basis of identification from footage of CCTV of bank ATM during investigation. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 11-12-2016.

In such circumstances, the prayer for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Araria P.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11091 of 2017 (3) dt.28-04-2017 2/2 Case No. 676 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
