The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 267 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 354(B) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

The accusation is that when the informant, Rachna Kumari, was going to school then this petitioner reached there and snatched her mobile by using filthy language. In the meantime, her friend reached there then anyhow petitioner returned her mobile. Further allegation is that informant was being teased by the petitioner since 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in

No.11172 of 2019(3) dt.16-05-2019 2/2 fact, petitioner is relative of the informant and on several occasions, petitioner gave money to the father of the informant and on making demand, father of the informant managed to lodged the present case with false allegation, which would appear from paragraphs 12 and 13 of the case diary and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Bhagalpur, in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 267 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
