This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Kotwali PS Case No. 346 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner was not named in the FIR nor he was put on T I Parade. He further submits that nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner nor any recovery was made at the instance of the petitioner. Petitioner was made accused in Kotwali PS Case No. 471 of 2018 in which he has been granted bail. He is languishing in jail custody due to his

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Bhagalpur in Kotwali PS Case No. 346 of 2018.
