The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 252(C)/2018, registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

No.9627 of 2019(4) dt.08-08-2019 2/2 prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner and the complainantopposite party no.2, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna, for settlement of dispute in between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, who are husband and wife, where both parties appeared and settled their dispute in term of memorandum of agreement dated 31.07.2019, which is the part of Mediator's Report dated 31.07.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Barh, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No. 252(C)/2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
