JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University, with reference to Annexure-B dated 09.10.2017, submitted that petitioner was asked to provide certain documents, but he has not supplied the documents and without those documents, the University is not in a position to decide the claim of the petitioner. Mr. Shubh Narain Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the documents have been supplied in the past, but in order to facilitate the University once again he is handing over those documents to the learned counsel for the University in the Court

In view of the fact that Mr. Shubh Narain Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over the relevant documents in the Court itself to the learned counsel for the University, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent University to take final decision on the claim of the petitioner with regard to payment of arrears on account of promotion within a period of 60 days from today and in case the petitioner is found entitled to monetary benefit, the same shall be extended to the petitioner within a further period of one month.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
