The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he is relation of Ashraf Alam who was apprehended in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2019.
