JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-04-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner took admission in M.B.B.S. Course in the academic session 2015-16 and by way of the present writ application the petitioner is seeking a direction to appear in the 1st professional M.B.B.S. exam or to conduct special examination for M.B.B.S. 1st year professional course. Learned counsel next submits that petitioner has filed a representation before the Vice Chancellor, Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University, Madhepura [AnnexureP/4] dated 3rd February, 2022. Accordingly, his prayer is that Vice Chancellor, Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University, Madhepura

Patna High Court CWJC No.3122 of 2022(3) dt.27-04-2023 2/2 may be directed to dispose the representation of the petitioner within a reasonable time frame.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the B.N. Mandal University as well as National Medical Commission / respondent no. 4 submit that petitioner joined in the session 2015-2020 and now that session is over and new course has been introduced. They further submit that petitioner never attended the classes.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the parties, I feel it proper to direct the learned Vice Chancellor, Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University, Madhepura / respondent no. 1 to dispose the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and by a reasoned order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.

This writ application stands disposed of.
