The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 147, 504, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(ii) of the SC/ST Act. Allegation has been made that along with the male members the petitioner and other female members have entered into the house and resorted vandalism, assaulted the victim with rod, fists and slaps. Against the petitioner allegation has been made to have participated in the offence. It has been alleged that they have obtained a Purcha wrongly and the same was cancelled by the Collector. For the purpose of defence they have made out a case. Petitioner is a lady. Other co-accused,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11808 of 2016 (2) dt.16-03-2016 namely, Laxmi Devi, has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide Cr. Mis. No.50984 of 2015.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioner, namely, Puja Devi, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with SC/ST P.S.
