Seven stolen motorcycles are said to have been recovered from the mill premises of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the aforesaid motorcycles had been recovered from outside the mill of the petitioner and police implicated the petitioner as well as his son in the present case with ulterior motive. It is further submitted that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 02-08-2015. It is further pointed out by him that co-accused Pratish @ Babloo Manish Kumar and several others have already been granted privilege of bail by this court.
