The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20304 of 2021(2) dt.15-04-2022 2/3 arrest in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 106 of 2020, dated 05.05.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354(B), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that though the allegation against them is of having assaulted the members of the prosecution party and also molested one of the female members, but such accusation is absolutely general and omnibus. There is no specific accusation against any one of them.

It has further been submitted that a counter version of the case vide Katra P.S. Case No. 105 of 2020 has been lodged by one of the accused persons against the informant of the present case, which is pending investigation. It has also been submitted that the accused persons of the counter case have been granted anticipatory bail by the Court below.

It appears that because of some dispute between the two sides, an occurrence took place in which both sides have received injuries. The injuries suffered by the victims

Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 14th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 106 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
