JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 3/ 31-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Sakurabad P.S. Case No.63 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304-B/34 Indian Penal Code pending before Sri Sudhir Sinha, Sub Judge-I, Jehabanad.

It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner along with other accused murdered the daughter of the Informant by burning her.

The petitioner is said to be husband of the deceased. The witnesses in para 6, 7 and 8 have stated that sister-in-law (Bhabhi) of this petitioner and other accused always used to torture the deceased. The police has mentioned in para 5 that he

In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Prayer of the petitioner for bail is rejected. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after nine months, if there is no substantial progress in the case. (Sanjay Priya, J) JA/- U T
