The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Imadpur P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341 323, 302, 120B, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

In view of the order dated 21.10.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27231 of 2020, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed for the reasons stated in the aforesaid order. Under the above facts and circumstances, let above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
