2. The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 205 of 2019 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 404, 479, 120B/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 07.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73802 of 2022.

4. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner.

5. From the perusal of the trial Court report dated 27.02.2024, it appears that the case is pending for defence

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11825 of 2024(3) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 evidence and it also appears from the said report that the trial is likely to be concluded within five months.

6. Hence, the learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within its stipulated period of time because the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 12.12.2019, failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

7. Having regard to the aforesaid, the present application stands disposed of.
