This application has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report of Rohtas P.S. Case No. 46 of 2012 (G.R. No. 257 of 2012) registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners informs that during the pendency of this application, the Police have already submitted chargesheet. He submits that the petitioners may be given liberty to raise all such plea as raised in the present application, at the stage of framing of charge.
