The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No.332 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 427, 447 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is a land dispute. The informant was trying to grab the land which stood transferred in the name of the mother of the petitioner. It is contended that Sadar P.S. Case No.222 of 2018 was filed by an employee of the informant against the petitioner, which was found false. Even after interim protection granted by this Hon'ble Court on 05.03.2020, again a

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case as well as the statements made in the supplementary affidavit, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S.
