2. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Chhapra is directed to proceed in the divorce petition which has been filed with the mutual consent of the parties and will dispose of the same expeditiously.

3. He may waive the period of six months between the first motion and second motion.

4. The date of November be recalled and the application be decided accordingly at the earliest."
