2. The present writ petition preferred before this Court for the following reliefs:
(i) For issuance of writ, writs, order, orders, direction, direction specially the Circle Officer, Danapur and other Revenue official of the districts for measurement of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.3203 of 2025(2) dt.18-03-2025 2/3 petitioner's land and appoint the Anchal Amin for which petitioners are ready requisite fee as required under the rule. (ii) To provide force to build the boundary wall of the petitioners land which is coming under right, title and possession for move over 65 years and save the land of the petitioners form the unlawful interested local residents of the area to grave the land of the petitioner and (iii) To direct the respondents-authority, Patna to provide protection to the petitioners and their family members and also action be taken against local musclemen, those who are bent upon the grab ancestor land of the petitioners and (iv) To direct the respondents-authority not to create trouble during the siege of own plot of petitioners and resolve the Private issue, if any created through illegal ways by the private respondents and other authorities based own legal writs and document/documents produced by the petitioners and provide the peaceful possession of the petitioners in connection with their own titled.
3. From perusal of paragraphs-5 & 6 of the writ petition, it transpires that the dispute is related to the builder and the landlord in respect of terms and conditions of the agreement to sell between them.

4. For settling the dispute between two private persons, writ jurisdiction cannot be invoked.
