2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 354(B), 504, 506, 307, 324 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Petitioner is alleged to have abused and caused firearms injury to the Jethani of the informant. Doctor has found the injury caused by this petitioner to be grievous in nature.

4. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.
