ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 662 of 2016 for the offences registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a plain reading of the first information report itself discloses that no offence is made out against the petitioner as he has neither been appointed on any trained post or has taken any benefit of the certificate which is alleged to be a fake certificate. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49376 of 2016 (2) dt.19-11-2016 from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka P.S.
