2. The petitioner has challenged the order dated 09.06.2013 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate and the order dated 28.02.2015 passed in the Criminal Revision by the Adhoc Addl. Sessions Judge No. VIII, Purnea converting the proceedings under Section 144 of the Cr.P.C., to one under Section 145 of the Code of Cr.P.C.

3. Today again, when the matter is taken up, prayer is made for adjournment. The prayer is rejected.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has not made any submissions on the merits of the matter pending. The Court is not inclined to grant any further adjournments simpliciter, having regard to the long pendency of the instant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7763 of 2016(4) dt.13-09-2023 2/2 proceedings and the fact that on the earlier two occasion also when the matter was taken up i.e., on 14.11.2019 and 28.11.2019, simple prayer for adjournment have been made and the matter has been adjourned.
