This is petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 447, 379,504, 506 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54474 of 2015 (4) dt.18-02-2016 2/2 There is specific allegation of assault with Dabiya and Farsa by Sakoor and Muzaffar on the head of Rashid. However, post mortem report suggests one stitched wound on scalp and on opening the stitches and carnal cavity wound and blood clots were found and the injury is said to be caused by hard and blunt substances.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above-named are ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 140 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall not indulge in such type of activity in future and they will file Hazri in the nearest police station once in a fortnight for six months and if, any report is received regarding their involvement in any case, then the trial Court shall proceed to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
