This is a petition for grant of regular bail for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016. 61 litres of country made liquor was allegedly recovered from the house of this petitioner.

The submission of the counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is an old lady aged about 77 years. She is in custody since 05.12.2016 and the house is occupied by the other adult members of the family.
