2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 302 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of commission of murder of the informant's uncle, namely, Jagarnath Yadav by twisting his neck by the accused persons including the petitioner.

4. This is the fifth attempt for regular bail. Earlier the prayer for regular bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 7469 of 2023, 8181 of 2024, 60803 of 2024 and 10095 of 2025 vide orders dated 22.06.2023,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11814 of 2026(2) dt.18-02-2026 2/2 04.04.2024, 26.10.2024 and 13.05.2025, respectively and there is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
