JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of this petitioner came in this case on the basis of information furnished by the spy of police and after that two witnesses also expressed their suspicion against the petitioner. Subsequently, petitioner was arrested and confessed his guilt. It appears from the impugned order that except the aforesaid material as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Petitioner is in jail custody since 30.06.2015 but up till now, he has not been put on Test Identification Parade.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K.
