JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 25-04-2019 Claim in the writ petition is for regularization of services of the petitioner on fixed time scale with effect from 01.10.1987 with all consequential benefits.

Counter affidavit has been filed wherein it has been stated that the petitioner has already been appointed at Shahid Jubba Sahani Central Jail, Bhagalpur on the post of NAI AVAM SAFAI MAZDOOR on the pay scale of Rs 4440-7440/- Grade pay Rs 1300/-(only once) with effect from 16.01.2016. Further statement in the counter affidavit is that the petitioner is still working since the date of appointment. Counter affidavit has been filed on 25.05.2016.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.3721 of 2016(2) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 has some other grievances.

In view of the said submissions, this court would not consider it appropriate that proceeding be kept pending. Writ petition is disposed off. Petitioner, however, would be at liberty to raise his other grievances which is pending, before respondent no.2 (Inspector Central Jail, Govt. of Bihar, Patna).

With the aforesaid observation, writ petition is disposed off.
