2. The petitioner is in custody since 17.02.2017 in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 30, 38 & 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the alleged recovery of 8 litres of English wine. Recovery of the offending goods from the possession of the petitioner is denied. Statement is made at the bar that the petitioner is on bail in respect of the two cases in which he has been made accused.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody since 17.02.2017 already suffered, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Saran at Chapra in connection with Rasulpur P.S.
