JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-12-2016 Writ application is disposed off with a direction upon the Controller of Examination, Jay Prakash University, Chapra that he shall issue the necessary 3rd year mark-sheet of Bachelor of Science, Physics (Hons.), for which the petitioner had already taken her examination in the year 2015.

It is the case of the petitioner that the mark-sheet was held up, because of non-furnishing of the migration certificate, which the petitioner has already tendered and a copy of which has been annexed as Annexure-10/1.

The Controller of Examination must ensure that the mark-sheet is issued to the petitioner within a period of 10 days from the date of communication / production of a copy of this order.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18739 of 2016 dt.08-12-2016 2/2 Writ application stands disposed off with observation / direction as above.
