It has been submitted that due to slip of mind, father's name of the petitioner no. 1 has been mentioned as Late Gyanchan Ram instead of son of Rudal Ram and now, he has filed this application on oath.

Heard learned APP also.

In such view of the matter, the application stands allowed and order dated 22.01.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 1403 of 2019 is modified to the extent that parentage name of petitioner no. 1, Manoj Ram, be read as son of Rudal Ram. The petitioner is allowed to surrender before the court below within a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy
